The genesis

Sometimes it's love at first sight. That's what Violetta did. and her husband when they first came to Cossignano. "We always had the dream of owning a small hotel in Italy," says Violetta. And the two native Poles wore it around for many years - until they got to know the area around Cossignano. "We really liked the sea there, and the microclimate is perfect for that," says Violetta. The winter months are mild, the summer pleasant and the sea breeze also not too warm. Ideal for life - and of course to go on vacation.

 

But Cossignano has many more advantages: the proximity to the sea of ​​course, which is only a few kilometers away and then the mountains, which are also within a short time. "There is almost no other combination anywhere," says Violetta. The Marche region, of which Cossignano is one, is still considered an insider tip for guests and not so crowded with tourists as, for example, Tuscany.

 

And so it was immediately clear to Violetta and her husband: The Residenza delle Grazie is said to have its headquarters in Cossignano. On a small hill, beautifully situated, they found the ideal place for the small, very quiet hotel. An Italian designer distinguished himself for the structure. He created a bright building that blends perfectly with the environment, yet stands out from the many other lodgings in the region for its modern character. In 2015, the property was completed, with the approximately 200-meter paved access road.

 

In June 2016, the Residenza delle Grazie celebrated the opening. The guests lacked nothing. Bright rooms, fully equipped, a spacious lounge and breakfast room, a bar, a lounge, a sun terrace with swimming pool and a pizza oven complete the small hotel. And so, not only for Violetta and her family, but also for the guests who like to come back: the Residenza delle Grazie and the Marche region are love at first sight.
