The philosophy

Only the best is good enough. The owners Violetta and her husband have followed this philosophy since the Residenza delle Grazie opened in June 2016. This is a common theme in the small hotel in central Italy. Large, bright and modern rooms, fully equipped, leave nothing to be desired.
 
Even with the food used there are no compromises. Only the best comes to the table. And that starts with the rich breakfast, with regional products, much of which is built by Violetta Wilczynska. and her husband even to himself. This applies, for example, to their own olive oil, which is harvested from the grove next to the Residenza delle Grazie. And of course, the perfect Italian Cappuccino should not be missed.
 
For guests offer Violetta and her husband also dinner - of course, freshly prepared with local produce, be it freshly caught fish from the nearby sea or the homemade pizza from the stone oven. "Of course, we also take into account the special allergies of the guests and adapt our food accordingly," says Violetta.
